Is this museum for children or adults?
The recommended age for the museum is 12+. You’ll feel like a kid, but the exhibits are not designed with children in mind. However, we do have 2 Family Nights with family-friendly activities and group pricing! Regular price tickets for adults and kids get in for just $5!
Is this museum mostly for lovers? Will I feel out of place if I’m single?
This museum is for EVERYONE. Come with your significant other, come with your friend group, or come with yourself! As we say, it’s not about romance, it’s about love ;)
Is the museum fully wheelchair accessible?
Yes, this year we’re happy to share that it is! The wheelchair entrance is on the north side of the venue. Please text us ahead of time and we’ll make sure we’re there to let you in! 801-828-7606
Should I buy tickets online or at the door?
Purchasing online gets you a guaranteed time slot. If online tickets are sold out, feel free to show up at the door and we’ll get you in as quickly as possible.
How long does it take to go through the museum?
It depends on how deeply you fall, but guests are generally here for 1 to 2 hours. If you’ve got a dinner to get to, you can be in and out in about an hour. OR there are plenty of opportunities to stick around and take photos or make valentines if you just can’t bear to leave.
Are there bathrooms?
Yep!
Can I take photos?
We’d be devastated for you if you didn’t.
Can I book a private photo session or party?

While tickets are non-refundable, we’re happy to try to switch you to a different day.
